
I found a great recipe for Artisan bread awhile back and have been using it a lot.
It is very different for me in that I have never been a baker. The fact that it is really simple has been great.
I made a lot of muffins for M to take for breakfast instead of stopping somewhere to get something to eat. Saved him time and saved us money.
So far the artisan bread is worth the time to make it.
However, I’m not sure if there are any changes to the recipe in regards to high altitude though. I’m still learning how to be a baker. 🙂
*I apologize that I haven’t posted much but we have been dealing with a lot of recent changes. Some good and somewhat bad changes. Oh well, God is in control.*
